640u動態(tài)信號分析儀

IOtech 600系列提供配有USB或以太網(wǎng)接口的24位動態(tài)信號分析儀，在提供最大靈活性的同時，將采集的數(shù)據(jù)實時傳輸至PC。動態(tài)信號采集(DSA)硬件提供信號調(diào)理和數(shù)據(jù)采集；基于PC的eZ-Series軟件提供監(jiān)測和分析函數(shù)。

用戶可將600系列用于多類模擬輸入（包括：加速度計、速度計、接近式探針、麥克風(fēng)、轉(zhuǎn)速表或其他電壓輸入）。640型號可接受達(dá)±10 V輸入；650、652和672型號可接受達(dá)±40 V輸入。600系列還支持軟件可選式交流或直流耦合，當(dāng)與集成電路壓電式(IEPE)傳感器連接并配置為交流耦合時，還能自動提供2.1 mA（640、650）或4 mA（652u、672u）的激勵電流源。

640型號包含1路可編程模擬輸出通道，可生成連續(xù)或掃頻正弦波信號以及隨機、突發(fā)和任意信號。模擬輸出信號可用于驅(qū)動音頻或振動臺放大器，繼而實現(xiàn)噪聲、振動和聲振粗糙度(NVH)測試。

多種600系列軟件包（如：eZ-TOMAS和eZ-Balance）專門針對特定的振動測量和分析應(yīng)用。

eZ-TOMAS和eZ-TOMAS Remote中極其完善且易于使用的工具適合單個或多個機器的監(jiān)測與分析。它們可用來評估可靠性和操作性。

通過eZ-Balance能夠完成最多7個平面的旋轉(zhuǎn)機械動平衡。平衡套件包含分離質(zhì)量計算，有助平衡處理。eZ-Balance只兼容640u、650u、652u和ZonicBook/618E動態(tài)信號分析儀。

另外北京迪陽公司還提供一套可與IOtech DSA硬件搭配的振動傳感器。LCO103T

分析速率從20Hz到40kHz可編程

功能和650U類似，主要區(qū)別是652U是10個模擬輸入通道的；655U是10個模擬輸入通道的，且另有5個溫度通道。
